For a small number of our users, unfortunately that might mean you are unable to access the CM&F portal using your current browser. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Please follow the steps below to apply for coverage, access your account or get a quote.

1. Upgrade your current browser or use a device containing one of the following browser options:
   • Apple Safari – Click here to update your Safari browser version.
   • Google Chrome – Click here to update your Google Chrome browser version.
   • Microsoft Edge (*Windows 10 only) – Click here to update your Microsoft Edge browser version.
   • Mozilla Firefox – Click here to update your Mozilla Firefox browser version.

   Internet Explorer is not supported by the CM&F Insured Access Portal
   Once you have switched to a new or updated your existing browser, please navigate back to your selected profession on CMFGroup.com

3. Download and email, fax or mail an application for new coverage.

   To download an application, please use the search bar below and follow these instructions:

   1. Type in your profession
   2. Click on apply now
   3. Select your state
   4. Select “Downloadable Documents”
